When jou rest your elbows on the table, the point that touches the table is the elbow bone (ulna).

The elbow bone extends from the elbow to the little finger side of the hand. The elbow bone is small at the hand side (at the wrist) and larger at the elbow. The elbow bone is longer than the radius.
